REPLACEMENT OF DEAD CABBAGE PALMS ON PLUME WAY

Recent feedback from Jordan of Pulte, we have found our request for an act of good faith on the part of Pulte to replace the dead Cabbage Palms on Plume Way will not happen. This information is is not the first instance where Pulte in the last several weeks has refused to cooperate on issues that are clearly its responsibility.

As we near completion of the Amenity Center, please keep in mind the TURNOVER AGREEMENT has yet to be finalized.

In many instances we too miscalculated the impact that this past winter would have on our replacement costs. I don't think that any of us expected the frost that we experienced.

From what I have seen, the longer the plants had been in the ground the better they fared in the frost. I would assume that this is due to having more time to become established, and allowing the root systems to grow. I would expect that the majority of replacement would come from the most recent street planted.

That said, we do not have any plans to participate in the Lake's plant replacement. Hopefully, you understand our position.
